Moving Costs/Companies from Hokkaido to Nagano?

Hello everyone, appreciate your advice!

My partner and I are considering a move to Nagano for a new job next March (the most expensive time to move of course) and I was hoping someone could tell me what they think the feasibility of doing it could be.

2LDK, 2 people. Not too much in the way of furniture. Small appliances.

I searched in Japanese and got a quote from the first website I hit, and for February (couldn't go out as far as March yet) I was email quoted about 103,000 yen. For them to move everything. It seemed remarkably affordable to me.

Does that seem right? How much will the change to March boost the price?

I would love some potential estimates and/or preferred moving companies or sites from those more experienced.
