Have Generalized Anxiety Disorder; Very anxious about going to Japan

EDIT: Thanks for the comments it made me feel better

Hi everyone. My Dad has booked tickets for my family to go Japan's golden route next year. It's our first time and honestly I am very anxious. My Dad assured me that he will plan with me but he's also quite uncertain as of now.

I did some research but I am still very afraid. As of now I understand the need to buy IC cards, book hotels near stations, download google lens / google translate, complete immigration pass online in advance and buying tickets to tourist attractions in advance.

I understand google map can help in navigating the subway system but I can't help worrying what if I get lost, what if it isn't as easy as it seems, what if i missed the express bus to Mt Fuji etc etc.

Doesn't help when my friend went to Japan last year and cut short his trip because he has no idea how to navigate country despite being in tokyo. He told me about language barrier, not knowing how to use the one time tickets for the trains etc etc. Like the ticket goes in from one side then comes out from another and for some reason he can't get through so he squeezed his way through?

Sometimes I even thought of cancelling the air tickets. Sorry for the rant just quite worried. I understand this has been asked multiple times and I am very sorry but just wondering how are your experiences there? Just want to seek some assurances thank you.
