Submitting 被保険者記録照会(納付I及び納付II)for PR application

Hi everyone!

I just received an update on my PR application, they’ve asked me to submit some additional documents. One of them is a pension document called 被保険者記録照会(納付I及び納付II).

I know this can be obtained at a pension office but due to some personal circumstances it’s really difficult for me to visit one right now. I’ve read online that it might be acceptable to submit screenshots from ねんきんネット instead, but the information I’ve found is mixed, and I’m not sure exactly which screenshots they’re referring to.

Has anyone here gone through this process or knows what’s actually acceptable? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I CAN'T visit the pension office right now. What I could do, is to ask someone to do it on my behalf with a 委任状, does anyone know if that would work? Thanks!
