We applied for F:Express over 7 months ago and were told it would be sometime in October. We now got an email after months of radio silence that it will be coming in the last week of November.
Radio Silence and the worst customer experience I have ever seen from a company.
Even though they don't mess with the lines, they still didn't update us and never responded to any emails we sent over the last 3 months.
