I apply for the bank through the app and have received the confirmation email that it was approved. It say the cash card and my account number will be sent in about a week in registered email. I'm a bit on the edge because I need it asap for salary purposes.
My question is:
1. Do I wait another email for confirmation of the delivery date since it is a registered mail or I should just standy by?
2. Is there a way I can ask for the bank book to be issued first in a branch office with my id or something?
I applied by the application because it was suggested to me by the bank staff.
