Can Money Transfer to family with Wise or Western Union can be used in Japan Tax declaration too?

Hi everyone, I was using GoRemit to transfer money to family before. But as GoRemit service is no more, can we use Wise or Western Union too?
I am asking this as I need to report the transfer to Tax department (Kakuteishinkoku), too bad the tax department appointments are full until next year January, so I would like your help instead, thank you.
