I was using Klook for a cheap eSIM but I keep getting the error:

This happens everytime I try to purchase something. Then I have to wait in a long CS queue for them to "fix something" and then it works.
What's up with Klook? I can't understand a business that requires a manual approval for every purchase.
Is there an alternative? The CS queue is stupid long and a waste of time. Thanks!
