WISE money transfer to Japanese bank account.

I use WISE to transfer money regularly from my overseas bank account to my local Japanese bank account with SMTC Trust Bank (former Citi Bank Japan). Until about three months ago there was never a problem. Now my transfers using exactly the same template get refused because of "wrong banking details". My name is registered in kana and romaji – both version don't work, so that is not the issue. Is there anybody else in the community who uses WISE for money transfers to Japanese bank accounts? Any similar problems? Are their better options to regularly transfer money from overseas to Japanese bank accounts? I'm grateful for any information or suggestions. Thanks.l
