Found a flat on Suumo but wonder if I need a middleman / agent to contact them

So Ive been looking for a flat and I ve been on gaijin pot ect the usual foreigner friendly websites but haven't found anything for the area I have to live in.

But on Suumo there are several flats I would like to check out.

I know if I paid an agent who speaks English like someone from Konyo management I have been speaking to so it would be easier to rule out the ones that don't accept foreigners ot my visa type but it costs a months rent.

Is this the only option or can I book a tour directly on Suumo?
