So here's the deal, my BOE set me up for a car and had to pay 20K yen for lease and 15K yen insurance. I don't understand why some people I came to know and by reading here I found out you can have a lower insurance. How come its all different amounts?
My car is may 10 year old kei car, good condition but undeniably aged on physical aspects.
