Its my firts halloween living here, any idea when halloween will be celebrated in Osaka this year? the 31st is on friday so I would asume it would be that day, but my husband told me last year they did it on the 28th since it was the weekend before the 31st, so now Im thinking could they possibly celebrate on the 1st of november just for being a saturday?. I don't really wanna dress up and find out there is no one else walking around in costumes hehe.
