So I've seen a lot of posts that aircons have stopped being used on trains now since it's "Autumn" now. However, I'm currently on a train in Kagawa (had to switch 3 trains to get to my station for a festival today), and when I commute in my area (in Kagawa too), the aircons are always on and I still feel the cool air.
So I'm wondering, is this a city thing? 🤔
Or is it a prefecture thing?
