Please provide feedback on the following itinerary. Is it feasible to achieve with two children? I am traveling from a time zone that is five hours behind. We are not planning to do Disneyland. Can someone please recommend what I can skip and what else to include ?

Light city sightseeing to ease into the trip. -

Gala Yuzawa
Early Shinkansen to Gala Yuzawa (~90 min), skiing/snow play, hot spring in evening

Book ski pass + rentals online; arrive by 9–10 AM. -
Mar 22 (Sat)
Tokyo
Morning snow fun → return to Tokyo by afternoon → relax or shopping

Easy evening — visit Odaiba or Ginza if time. -

Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Shinkyo Bridge, Kegon Falls

Travel to Mount Fuji area (2–3 hrs), check into onsen ryokan, relax (anniversary eve)
