Hi everybody,
I'll be doing some filming for a documentary project in Tokyo and we're planning to shoot some drone footage of a group of people in Ueno Park on the 6th of November.
I'm struggling a bit to find a drone operator and informations regarding the filming restrictions,
anyone can help here?

Edit: I knew it would have been hard to film in Ueno but you guys made me understand it's almost impossible. Is there any chance we can film in the islands of Naoshima or Inujima?
