Does anyone know a good dermatologist? Preferably if they can speak English or at least understand.

I live in Shizuoka (prefecture not the main city) and my acne has mellowed out but now I'm left with the acne scars. I'm thinking of doing laser treatment or a much more affordable version but idk where it's good.
