On the 12th, Osaka police announced arresting and charged three men for forcing employee to physical abuse as a punishment.
Beside the 37 year self-employed man, unemployed man (24) from Atsuta Ward, Nagoya and another unemployed man (29) with no fixed address were also arrested.
In February, the three allegedly threatened him on a street in Naniwa Ward saying things like “I’ll poke your eyes” and forced him to eat instant food mixed with filth. They also allegedly wrapped aluminum foil around his lower body and made him plug into a power outlet, shocking him.
The two unemployed men claim the 37 year old self-employment devised the "punishment game" while the 37 years man is remaining silent.
