Bank that allows international transfer without 在留card

I'm wondering if such a thing exists.
I currently have a UFJ account but I'll be leaving the country soon.

I plan to keep working for the company I currently am employed at and I'm trying to figure out the best way to recieve payment. They seem to have an issue with depositing in to a foreign account for whatever reason.

All the banks I've looked in to of course require a residence card or have very limited functionality for accounts that don't.

Any possible solution or suggestions related to receiving salary abroad or transfer options would be appreciated.
