  1. Tanahashi is going to keep teasing a WWE x NJPW partnership if Nakamura is his final match opponent at Wrestle Kingdom 20 in Tokyo Dome just watch!

  2. ~~Why? What could he possibly gain from this?~~ nevermind, that’s what they’re setting up

  3. I surprised that we didn’t get any sort of dysfunction, break up or storyline beats between Umino and Uemura. Could maybe see Tanahashi put them against each other to earn the retirement match.

  4. Holy shit, he tapped… I wasn’t expecting this match to be a title change. NOW MAKE THE TITLE BIGGER!!!

  5. Man I’m so fascinated by this handshake bit. Is it just war dogs acknowledging that the unaffiliated are some hard motherfuckers. Cut from the same cloth as the war dogs? Or is this a loose alliance of sorts? A ploy to get Finlay a title shot and lull Tsuji to sleep?

  6. I think I was right – KOB didn’t want anything to do with the alliance. They’re working for Jake.

  7. Pretty good show. Nothing quite MOTY level, but four great matches, a few good ones, and typical but tolerable HoT stuff. I’m glad I stayed up to watch live.

  8. Unsure how it came across on the broadcast, but from being on the building NJPW’s fans weren’t happy with a part timer winning their belt. Someone threw something at the ring and Rocky was pissed.

  9. Just finishing KOPW. I thought ZSJ would go over. I thought War Dogs would beat down Gabe. And I thought Uemura and Umino should have won the tag belts.

What a great event. Looking forward to Takeshita v Goto.
