Hello, I am 24M living in Japan for a past 1.5 years . I came here as a language student and started working as a 新入社員 in a company.
I live in a country side . The work culture is toxic being a only foreigner in the company also feels very lonely.I have a no prior work experience in my home country.This is my first Job . recently,it's been very tough mentally.it's been like 9 months working here .I want to quit but I am very afraid how recruiter saw me and I know they will not see me as a trustworthy guy. Since it's my first job in my career I am very nervous about bad impression.
I am looking for advice.
