Handstand hikers? Hikers who want to juggle all the way up maybe?
you literally walk a max 10 degree slope (if that) that’s asphalt all the way to the top lmao
People get lost on Mt Takao?! How even?!
ITT: people not realizing that Mt. Takao has actual hiking trails off of the asphalt main path
I bet the idiots are wondering off to the south west toward Sagamiko or random paths to the north west. Either way busses and trains will solve their problems lol.
They should try Mt. Hikuo first.
It would be so embarrassing to die hiking Takao-san
Carnage on the slopes of Takao is indescribable. /s
With an average of over 8,000 people per day, even if you get lost, someone will surely find you. It blows my mind that it gets over 3,000,000 people a year!!
Of course. It’s called Mt. Takao, not Mt. Hikuo.
Dont worry, my lazy ass wont let me.
Yea, try Mt. Yotei..
(Granted I haven’t been active for a few months) I was already wheezing climbing up Enoshima Island recently
I packed some extra oxygen when I climbed mt Takao. Gotta be prepared when entering the death zone
Too crowded. Much prefer starting at Fujino and climbing Mt Jinba and then continue on over to Takao. About 20km, full tree cover the whole way, and beautiful non-crowded trails. Then take the funicular or chairlift down to avoid the knee punishment.
Mount Tenpō in Osaka was nowhere near as arduous as the google maps reviews would indicate
Congratulations to all of the heroes who never read the article. Thank you for your service.
