Something is brewing with the War Dogs, and it's been brewing for several months now. Clark's been begging to get pegged by Thekla in the backstage comments, Drills is even more angry than before, Gabe is shifting between two factions, Ishimori is doing his thing, and Dave is fighting an existential battle – am I a babyface or am I not? Now, KOB have been added to the mix, and I noticed something.
Ice and OSKAR don't represent the War Dogs, at all. They don't do the bark, they don't have any War Dog insignia on their gear, their shirt is a unique shirt as opposed to a custom version of the Bone Soldier, they don't do the Two Sweet, they have barely interacted with the rest of the team. If they didn't have the logo in the titantron, I would totally forget they're even in the group. I think this is on purpose.
I think Jake Lee will come back and take everyone with him, including Ishimori, KOB and Drilla. If Gabe and Clark are on their way out come January, then the turn doesn't concern them anyway, but if they stay Finlay will at least have back up. Now, does this mean the end of War Dogs and Bullet Club? Yeah, pretty much. Finlay did say he'll be the last leader, and as is BC tradition, someone will forcefully take the leadership, and in this case create something new.
Who better to pull this off than the smartest bastard in the game?
