3d printing filament (color change of other types)

I moved to tokyo a few weeks ago, and I don't have a printer here yet(I've been 3d printing for 7 years now).
But I do have a 3D pen.
In my country you can find color cslhange pla for cheaper than usual (when the spool dosent mach the color because its taken when they are changing production color).
So for playing around these type of filament is great.
Does anyone know of something like this in japan? Very cheap filament to play around.
