A man who sprayed pepper spray at an off-duty JR employee has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
On the 8th, just before 4:00 p.m., there was a report of someone being sprayed with pepper spray at JR Kinshicho Station.
According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, when a man (proclaimed to be 29 years old) was stopped by an off-duty JR employee when he tried to pass through the gate without a ticket, the man pepper sprayed the employee in the face.
