Will doing a Biomedical Science Bachelors degree hurt my MEXT application compared with less broad degrees such as Biochemistry or pharma ?

I'm. Biomedical science (Bsc Hons) student in UK, looking to do my masters in Japan through MEXT.
I believe that there is no 1 to 1 equivalent of a Biomed degree in Japan, so I'm a bit uncertain about how my degree will affect my application.

Is it gonna be much harder or nearly impossible for me to pursue a masters degree in a biological/pharmaceutical field in Japan due to my Biomed Bachelor's degree ?
