Visiting Okinawa next week with my 6-year-old — any family-friendly places to recommend?

I just joined this Okinawa community.
I’ll be visiting next week with my 6-year-old daughter (I’m 31), and we’re really excited to explore the island together!

If you know any spots that both adults and kids can enjoy — beaches, cafes, or local experiences — please share your recommendations

  1. I have some recommendations for the northern part of the island:

    Churaumi aquarium is very nice, is on the north part of the island.

    There is a neat Pizza place (kinda near) called “pizza in the sky” that has very nice views.

    Also on the way there, in Nago, has a nice beach with a park “21st century forest park”. On the weekends families go there for picnic and enjoy the beach.

    A cute cafe on that area is Yachimun Cafe Shisa Garden.
