I have no Japanese, I'm not US forces, and I haven't been diagnosed before. It looks like there used to be an English-speaking counselor specializing in ADHD around Chattan, but I'm not seeing anyone offering that now. I'm hoping to find someone who will also be able to investigate possible differential diagnoses.
