Anyone here ever bought a murphy bed here?
I'll have a guest room (non Japanese visitors) & want to have a proper bed but don't want it to take up space when I don't have visitors. One of my family in the US has one & I forgot they existed until I visited.
My family that will visit is older so futons won't do. Also the sofa beds in Japan aren't so comfortable (or big).
The murphy bed solution would also work if I need to sleep on the second floor (older folks that can't go upstairs).
There are one or two options in Japan
There are quite a few options overseas.
Me building it or installing myself is not an option.
Has anyone ever added one to your house? Where did you get it from?
Appreciate it in advance for anyone who has experience with one.
