Title says it all. My girlfriend is foreign to America and its culture so I wanted to show her a taste of what halloween is like or even just enjoying the "spirit" of it so we got some decerations to wear on the 31st.
I heard that Shibuya is a no-go zone now, Japanese gov stating not to go there and celebrate Halloween.
Does anyone here have any reccs? Are you gonna be celebrating it?
