TL;DR Tokyo is on high alert as President Trump is planned to visit from 27th to 29th. 18,000 police are deployed to tighten security. Police are on high alert for snipers as well as questioning individuals suspected of lone offender attack.
ID checking is being done near the US Embassy as checking the bottom of the vehicle for any suspicious objects. Security dogs were used to search shrubbery for explosives.
Checkpoints will be setup around Prime Minister's residence. Traffic restrictions and planned on roads that President Trump is planned to travel.
Security at major train stations are also increased to prevent terrorism.

I’m seeing all these black cars lined up on the road side near the US Embassy. It’s raining today anyways so won’t be jogging near by the embassy.
