There was another post here fairly recently with people recommending their ramen spots, they have some interesting places. The one I always recommend is Shinmen Tondou nearby Oroku station in Naha. Have yet to find someone who doesn’t like it. Make sure to eat their pickled moyashi.
For dinner and show, I’m biased toward Rinken Band’s restaurant Kalahai, since it’s my favorite Okinawan band. It’s located in the american village in Chatan. Their dinner concerts are only twice a week, if I’m not mistaken, and you have to make a reservation on their website or by phone call.
You can also eat at the restaurants on the upper level of Machigwa market, in Naha. I consider Okinawa one of those places which is kinda hard to find a bad place to eat.
