As I’ve aged I’ve developed a snoring issue which is making it difficult for my wife to get a good night’s sleep.
I’d like to consult with a specialist at a sleep clinic to see if it’s something that is treatable or at least somewhat manageable, but my Japanese ability is nowhere near good enough for that level of discussion.
Would anyone know of a sleep clinic with either English speaking staff or st least one where they are ok with translation devices?
Baring that, sleep clinic recommendations in general are also appreciated (my search feed is nothing but paid placements and AI-generated slop).
