Should i go to Hokaido/Sapporo the last week of November?

or should i just explore tokyo?

this is my third trip to Japan and i want to go to new places
the places i have already visited
tokyo, osaka, kyoto, nara , kobe

if you have recommendations close or around these places i would be great too
