I'm a french baker in Paris. I never went to japan yet because I'm quite busy at work. I'm looking for a bit of help from a Tokyo local. In Tokyo, there's a shop named Kanaya Brush that sells the best pastry brushes I know. But it doesn't ship to France. I tried a lot of subreddits and got deleted everytime, unfortunately. I'm looking for someone who could buy some brushes before coming to Paris. We could have a drink, visit Paris and eat pastries and good bread when you come here.
