I passed through Shibuya around 7am this morning, and there were already several camera crews documenting the scene (see 4th picture). The big Stop Troublesome Halloweens banners had just been put up, and the whole Hachiko area was fenced off. 🎃
Now even Shinjuku’s banning alcohol on the streets tonight.
