I have to admit I’m eating the same breakfast that I was eating before living in Japan. Can’t start my day without my oats and eggs.
I’ve asked my coworkers but I’m biased as they are mostly males in their late 20 / early 30. Mix of rice and egg, toast with salty toppings (cheese, sausage…), industrial pastries, sometimes cereals, sometimes leftover bento.
And you, what are you taking for breakfast?

Thank you very much all for sharing! Eggs seem to come back a lot, and after it's a mix of Japanese oriented breakfasts or more Western oriented breakfasts. I will new ideas to try.
