I am married with a Japanese woman.
Been living in Japan for maybe 20 years now.
Due to sick family I will very likely need to go back to live in home country (wife living,working in Japan ) and so i would each year spend between 3 to 5 months in Japan.
I suppose I will need to cancel my permanent resident visa and return to spouse visa ?
Taxes wise what happens .. do I still need to declare earnings pay taxes ?
