Just recently I ordered from ubereats since I cant go out because of wrist injury. I always tell the driver to leave it beside the door since as much as possible I avoid face-to-face contact. I ordered paid it and waited. When the prompt said that my ordered arrived went to the door and realized the order came is wrong. I tried calling the driver to no avail. So I contact ubersupport for a refund, show the evidences(photos) and got refunded Immediately and ordered again. Here’s the fucked up part. The drive came back hand me the right order and I returned the wrong one and my brain is kinda foggy because of meds forgot to tell him that I already contacted uber support. Now I feel effin guilty because of it. Are they going to be reprimanded about it? It’s like I stole something from
Them and the guilt is killing me 🙁 I cant find a way to address this to the uber support since there is no option for what happened.. any advice?
