I am all for enjoying sustainable species. There are a few species that are regularly available at sushi restaurants that I choose not to eat because of that. On NPR’s Science Friday they were discussing lab grown fish meat, and making sound like the greatest thing since sliced bread. Has anyone tried it? What are y’all’s thoughts on this?
