for the past few days I have had a problem with the Kanjistudy application…The first time the purchase was cancelled and I lost my backups for more than a year, I filled up by email to the moderator… Having no response I left a comment hoping that it would be seen on the situation….On the application the streak counter and go from -75 to less than -375 days…but this time
my purchases were canceled…/stolen…I then spoke with the moderator who told me that it came from a problem with the download Google account…I uninstalled re-installed… Problem fixed, 2 days after again the purchased kanji modules are blocked….
Three days later, I tried sending polite messages to the moderators, realizing he was settling scores by deleting my save files. So I thought about the "whys." I deleted my comment on the discussion page, and the purchases were magically reset. Today, once again… the purchases have been deleted and reset…
So, just in case, I'm asking if anyone has had the same problem before… the modules are €13 each, I bought them all, it cost around €60. Basically, save files AND purchases are reset every time…
The reason I'm writing this message here is also to report a potential cybercriminal… I'm not talking about a book or a video game. The person doing this, if there is one, is not only gratuitously abusing my learning, because yes, there are many Kanji characters, and I've based a large part of my learning on this application… So even if I try to play the tough guy by complaining or taking legal action, they can still attack the application… Please share this message and tell me if you've encountered the same problem… What I want to report, and I want to emphasize this, is a potential scammer or abuser who might be trying to act tough behind their screen.
