On Oct. 18 at little after 4 pm, police arrested a man riding a bicycle in Yoshitomi, Fukuoka for riding a bicycle while intoxicated. The man was found to have more than four times the legal limit for alcohol. The man admitted to the charge saying he drunk two shots of shochu water, three 350ml cans of chuhai, and one 500ml can at home.
