Has anyone ever seen a shiny rayquaza plush in Tokyo or do I need to order online?

Shopping for a friends birthday coming up in a week and I haven’t seen it at skytree Pokémon centre or any hobby shop near me. Only seen the regular rayquaza.

Also, random but also looking for a white Subaru sambar diecast. He loves his and that’s also becoming a challenge finding in white.

Any chance someone could point me in the right direction for either? This is a really good dude and want to make his birthday extra special as he’s had a hard year.
