  26. Not sure if it helps, but these are Kawahagi, which can often be found in upscale sushi restaurants. They are typically shipped/transported alive in saltwater because its liver is served raw and it is very delicate, and they are usually kept in those fish tanks that you can see from the street.

    Having said this, this is senseless painful and such an undignified death for such wonderful creatures. I hope they catch whoever did this.
