Kobayakawa said the firm will make a final decision on the decommissioning, possibly 18 months after the restart of the No.6 reactor, which it is aiming for.
The president also unveiled a plan to provide the prefecture with funds worth around 100 billion yen in total, or about 660 million dollars, over about 10 years.
