Getting into Natto — what brand do you buy, what do you eat it with, and did you actually notice any health benefits?

I’ve started trying to eat natto more regularly, but I’ve never really had it consistently before.

For those of you who eat it often:

  • What brand do you usually buy?
  • What do you have it with for breakfast? (Rice, egg, kimchi, toast, etc.?)
  • And have you actually noticed any health benefits from eating it long-term — like better digestion, energy, or anything else?

I’m still getting used to the smell and texture, but I want to give it a proper chance. Curious to hear what’s worked best for everyone else.
