Komeito leader Saito stated that Komeito won’t have left if Ishiba stayed as prime minister

TL;DR On Oct. 14, during a Asahi Shimbun interview, Komeito leader Tetsuo Saito said Komeito may not have left coalition with LDP if Ishiba stayed in power.

Concerning Takaichi's comment about Komeito abruptly ending the coalition, Saito replied that he talked with her on the 4th and again on the 7th that Komeito will end the coalition if there is no concrete schedule to investigate the slush money scandals. He, however, added that he did not tell that the 10th will be the deadline.
