Tried the Japanese version of Mounjaro for the first time — is it different from other countries’ versions?

I just got Mounjaro from a clinic in Tokyo, and this is my first time trying the Japanese version.
I’ve heard that meds in Japan often have lower dosages compared to other countries — does that apply to Mounjaro too?
Curious if anyone has tried both and noticed any difference in effect or side effects.
