I will be traveling domestically to Tokyo for a week next month, and Narita Express Limited Pass is the cheapest option available for foreign travelers to get to Tokyo (¥5000 yen to travel from Narita Airport to major Tokyo stations once and back to Narita once, valid for two weeks)
The JR website states that it is for foreign nationals with foreign passport and Japanese Nationals cannot use this pass at all. But it doesn't mention clearly whether foreigners with foreign passports who are not temporary visitors but have a long-term work visa can use it or not.
If anyone has any knowledge about this, please share your experience I would be really grateful.
