Had the chance to eat at 715 in Los Angeles, I have to say it was well worth it. Great pacing and clean flavors. The Shari was a little firmer than what I was used to but it had plenty of character to let the fish shine through. The sake list was extensive without being overbearing with choices. Service was friendly and prompt with my water and drink glasses never being empty. Next time I'm in LA I'll have to return!
