Best place in general to get dried beans? Used to get at Yamaya, but haven’t seen them there in ages

I need more beans in my life. Used to be able to get dried black beans at Yamaya, but last time I was able to get them there was a year ago, and need new options. Open to all sorts of beans, I just love beans. Online options are fine, but always like to support local shops when I can. If it helps, I'm in Saitama City.
