Calling for Friendship in the Center of Okinawa

I will travel to Oki in July or April in 2026. I plan to visit Chikufu Island, Ishigaki Island and the southern part of the main island. Completely obsessed with this place and would like to make local friends. It would be best if they have a private car or an international driver's license.
